💻 Important Information!
Credits are only granted for programs booked through our online booking system and actually completed, and discounts can also only be redeemed there. (Unfortunately, credits and discounts cannot be applied to bookings made via phone, WhatsApp, or Viber.)
No credit will be given for programs used at a discount, including programs for which you use your accumulated balance!
If you book an appointment but do not show up and do not cancel it, your accumulated balance will unfortunately be reset to zero!

3. MEMBERSHIP

How to purchase a membership:
To ensure your privacy, you will not receive a physical membership card. After purchase, we will send you the membership’s unique identifier, type, and available balance via email. After each booking, once you have used our services, we will also notify you by email about your remaining balance or the number of programs left to use.
You can purchase the membership in two ways:
At our salon, with cash payment
After purchase, please send the receipt to us via email at info@edenmassage.eu, and we will send you the membership details thereafter.
Via bank transfer
Notify us of your membership purchase request by email at info@edenmassage.eu. We will issue the invoice, and once it is paid, we will send you the necessary membership details.
Your membership will become active after the purchase, during your first online booking, and only from that point can you start using the discounted programs!
Important Information Regarding Your Membership:
If your membership balance is not enough for a new booking, you can use the remaining amount for a future appointment and only pay the difference. Alternatively, you can purchase a new membership, and the remaining balance will be automatically credited to the new one! 😊
Don't worry, with us, discounts don't disappear – they simply transform!
However, if you behave disrespectfully or fail to follow our salon rules, and we decide that we no longer wish for you to use our services in the future, your membership will be revoked, and we will refund 80% of the remaining balance.
You can only purchase a membership if you have visited us at least once and made an online reservation! If you’ve been to us before but haven’t made an online reservation yet, you will be able to purchase a membership after your first online booking.

Discounted programs under the 'Membership' cannot be combined with other discounts and can only be used with online bookings. The discounted price will not be visible during the online booking process, but don’t let this confuse you! 😊
